The Otter Spotter’s Baths was built at Barn Camp by children aged 8-14 with adult volunteers in August 2022. The campers spent a week building a bridge spanning a small stream. Cantilevered from the sides of the bridge are two mirror-clad baths which reflect the natural surroundings. The baths are fed by water, siphoned from the stream and heated in wood-fired heat exchangers. The main structural timbers and decking were sourced from the woodland in which the project was built.
