The Swing-a-Ling was built at Barn Camp in August 2023. The campers spent 8 days constructing the Swing-a-Ling - a musical swing which plays tubular bells and waves a giant hand as you swing on it. Standing over 4m high it was constructed using a traditional woodworking methods, with techniques used to fabricate light aircraft and with custom-made steel components.
